INOVASI GURU AL-QUR’AN HADITS DALAM MEMBINA KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA AL-QUR’AN PADA SISWA

Abstract

Developing students' Al-Qur'an reading skills at MTSS Al Muballighin. This research uses a qualitative approach with an Islamic education perspective. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Research subjects included Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers, students who had difficulty reading the Al-Qur'an, as well as madrasa heads. The selection of informants was carried out using snowball sampling technique. Data analysis uses a flow model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the Al-Qur'an Hadith teacher's innovation in developing students' Al-Qur'an reading skills is carried out through the application of various learning methods, such as individual approaches, grouping students based on reading ability, getting into the habit of reading the Al-Qur'an regularly, as well as providing additional guidance for students who are not yet fluent. Teachers also face several obstacles, including differences in students' basic abilities, limited learning time, and a lack of support for learning environments outside the madrasah. To overcome these obstacles, teachers carry out various innovative efforts in collaboration with madrasas and students' parents. The conclusion of this research shows that the innovation of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers plays an important role in improving students' ability to read the Al-Qur'an gradually and continuously.
