PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN QUANTUM TEACHING DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MATA PELAJARAN AKIDAH AKHLAK DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NEGERI 3 MUARO JAMBI

Abstract

This research discusses the application of the Quantum Teaching learning model to improve student learning outcomes in the Aqidah Akhlak subject in Class VII A MTs Negeri 3 Muaro Jambi, this research is classroom action research (PTK), the type of approach uses a Mixed Method approach. Data collection uses observation methods, interviews, test questions and documentation. The observation method is used to measure teacher and student activities in each cycle. The interview method was used to find out opinions and descriptions at MTs Negeri 3 Muaro Jambi, the test method was used to determine students' learning abilities after taking part in learning using the Quantum Teaching learning model, and documentation was used to describe what happened in the classroom while learning was taking place. The results of this research show that the use of the Quantum teaching learning model is able to improve the learning outcomes of class VII A students at MTs Negeri 3 Muaro Jambi, namely in cycle I the average student score was 67.4% and experienced an increase in cycle II to 83.98%. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, it can be concluded that learning Aqidah Akhlak using the Quantum Teaching learning model can improve learning outcomes on the subject of Ethics in dressing according to Islamic law seen from the post-test scores in each cycle.
